In November, 45 deputy principals of educational institutions of Vyborg are to receive advanced professional training in Moscow. Within the framework of the programme, deputy principals from Vyborg district of the Leningrad region will get familiar with new approaches to training executive and teaching staff in the Moscow education system; they will also learn about project development tools for educational institutions and principles and strategies for the formation of management teams in Moscow schools.
According to Svetlana Khazipova, Deputy Chairman of the Education Committee of Vyborg District of the Leningrad Region, Moscow was not at all a random venue choice, as Vyborg District principals are already familiar with the experience of the capital.
“We are already making use of Moscow best practices. We are about to launch a TV show featuring one of Vyborg principals. We are also planning to create medical and engineering classes in schools, just like in Moscow. The Moscow Schooler’s Saturday project is of great interest to us too.
I am sure that educational practices that have shown their effectiveness in Moscow can and should be adopted”, said Svetlana Khazipova.
The representatives of Vyborg will study the opportunities that Moscow Electronic School megaproject grants to its users and they will participate in practical courses aimed at developing public communication skills. The guests will be demonstrated effective management practices examples at schools No. 195, No. 429 Sokolinaya Gora and at the Engineering School.
Recently, professional contacts between the representatives of the Moscow education system and other cities of the Russian Federation have become more consistent. As a result of the increased interest in the efficiency of Moscow education, the geography of Russian cities, whose representatives come to study to the capital is expanding every month. In December, deputies of educational institutions from the city of Balakovo in the Saratov region will study in Moscow.
