The leaders of the regional education systems experienced Moscow pre-professional training and highly appreciated the work of pre-professional laboratories at Moscow Center for Quality of Education, which they visited on October 16, 2018.

“Within the federal projects being implemented, there are elements that will allow us to use the successful experience of Moscow so that our students can properly assess their skills and understand that they have made the right choice of training. We want our students to be in demand on the labour market and therefore - to be happy! ”- Natalya Lavrova, First Deputy Minister of Education of the Stavropol Territory, shared her impressions.

The guests evaluated the testing system in the virtual reality format - everyone had an opportunity to do an interactive test.

“We liked the fact that it is possible to organize some one-time events if children apply for them, and one can do this in the system, taking into account the educational profile of a particular school or class. And I was very interested in pre-professional testing in the virtual reality format”, continued Natalia Lavrova.

Specialists of Moscow Center for Quality of Education introduced the guests to the high-tech equipment that is used at the lessons of engineering, medical, cadet and academic classes.

The First Deputy Minister of Education of the Arkhangelsk Region, Yuri Dedushev, said that work on the pre-rofessional training of students is also being done in the region. “But we don’t have such equipment and technologies yet. There is a lot to see and learn. We liked the idea of holding classes on Saturdays for students – it is a wonderful project, we will try to do the same in our region”, he added.

The main goal of the pre-professional education programme is to shape students’ skills and abilities, as well as to help them make a conscious choice of a higher education institution to enter.
